Acceptance of Terms: By completing the payment for the purchase of products (Physical or Digital) or services , the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.

Purchase: The act of acquiring digital products from TechMave by a customer, whether through payment or redemption of gift cards.

Down Payment: A payment equivalent to 50% of the total purchase price of physical products, required by TechMave before delivery.

Warranty: A guarantee provided by TechMave for specified periods against defects in materials, workmanship, or functionality of physical products.
Terms and Conditions of Digital Products:

Sale of Digital Products: By purchasing digital products from TechMave, the customer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.

Non-Refundable Policy: All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. TechMave does not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products unless required by applicable law.

License Agreement: Digital products such as software licenses and games are subject to the terms and conditions outlined by the respective licensors. Customers are bound by the terms of the license agreements associated with the purchased digital products.

Delivery and Access: Upon successful completion of a purchase, customers will receive access to or instructions for downloading the digital product via email or through their account on the TechMave website.

Ownership and Rights: Customers acknowledge that all rights, title, and interest in and to the digital products, including any intellectual property rights, belong to the respective licensors or content creators. Purchases grant customers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital products for personal or internal business purposes, in accordance with the terms of the license agreement.

Use Restrictions: Customers agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the digital products, except as expressly permitted by the license agreement or applicable law.

Technical Support: TechMave may provide technical support for purchased digital products, subject to the terms specified by the respective licensors or content creators. TechMave reserves the right to amend or discontinue support for digital products at any time.

Errors and Inaccuracies: While TechMave strives to provide accurate descriptions and information regarding digital products, occasional errors or inaccuracies may occur. TechMave reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information at any time without prior notice.

Modification of Terms: TechMave reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the TechMave website. Customers are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms and conditions.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mauritius, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Refund Policy on Purchase Full Payment
Definition of Full Payment : A person who buy the product with us at full price, if the product is Rs 1000, he buy it at Rs 1000, No down payment was made.
Our policy allows customers to cancel their order within 24 hours of placement. If an order is canceled within this timeframe, the customer will be charged a processing and handling fee of 5%. The remaining amount, including the item price, VAT (15%), and the delivery fee, will be refunded. After 24 hours, no refunds will be issued. This policy applies to all products on our website and in our shop.
Terms and Conditions of Physical Products:

Sale of Physical Products: By purchasing physical products from TechMave, the customer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.

Down Payment: Customers are required to make a down payment of 50% of the total purchase price before delivery of the products. Once the down payment is made, TechMave will proceed with the delivery.

Final Payment: The remaining 50% of the total purchase price must be paid by the customer upon delivery of the products. Failure to make the final payment entitles TechMave to withhold delivery, and the initial down payment made by the customer will not be refunded.

Product Inspection: TechMave conducts testing of physical products in the presence of the customer prior to delivery to ensure they are in proper working condition. If any issues are identified by TechMave agents on the delivery day, the product will be replaced with another one. However, TechMave offers no warranty for damages occurring after the product has been tested and found to be in working order. It is the customer's responsibility to take care of the product once it has been sold and tested.

Refusal to Test: If the customer refuses to participate in the testing process and subsequently purchases the product, they accept full responsibility for its condition and TechMave will not accept returns or provide refunds for any issues that arise thereafter.

Warranty: TechMave provides a one-year warranty for software issues on physical products. For hardware issues, TechMave offers warranty coverage only for defects identified during the testing process on the delivery day. Damages occurring after the testing process are not covered under warranty.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall TechMave be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the purchase or use of physical products.
